Linda is a registered massage therapist who graduated from the IKRA Massage School and specializes in Swedish massage. She enjoys her work because it allows her to help clients relieve muscle pain and reduce stress. Yiwen carefully listens to her clients’ needs and uses her professional knowledge to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. She can easily adapt between light, medium, and deep pressure to best suit each individual. Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage, relief from muscle discomfort, or support during recovery from a minor injury, Yiwen will be happy to help.
Stéphanie graduated from the Exercise Science program at Concordia University, specializing in Athletic Therapy. She is certified in sport concussion management and has years of experience working with athletes and the general population. She works both in the clinic and on the field as an athletic therapist and first responder, including the assessment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic injuries, as well as injury education and prevention. She believes it is important to take the time to educate clients by explaining the causes of injuries and helping them better understand their bodies. Her approach focuses on manual therapy and exercise prescription to support a quick return to sports and daily activities. She also has experience working with Canada’s national wrestling competitions. Passionate about her profession, Stéphanie continually expands her skills and expertise. To further her professional development, she obtained her certification as a massage therapist. Her goal is to help patients return to their daily activities as quickly and safely as possible.
NSCA-CPT (National Strength and Conditioning Association – Certified Personal Trainer)
Simon first became involved in exercise programs in 2017 and discovered that fitness could help him grow stronger both physically and mentally. He participated in national basketball competitions and volunteered at the first Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China. Passionate about sharing the benefits of exercise with others, he became an instructor at OUIFIT in 2021. His dedication to fitness has led him to continue exploring different training approaches, including muscle building, maintaining fitness, and weight loss.
